- Hydrostatic test report
- NDT report for high-pressure valves (if required)
- ISO, API certification documents
3. Delivery & Commercial Terms to Confirm
- Lead time, packing standard (export seaworthy packing)
- HS code, CO / Form A certificate for customs clearance
- After-sales warranty period
4. Drawings & Data
2D drawing, installation dimension drawing, operation manual.
